I am not thinking straight and everything that I do is filled with mistakes. I tried to book a holiday or the family; I got the dates wrong twice! I accidently pay a forced-savings plans twice. I have to send the same quotation to a client no more than 3 times because of mistakes, despite my inspections before pressing the Send button. My mind is not at the right place. I try to sleep early, keep my drinking moderate and exercise. Yet, my thoughts are still scattered. When I am with the family, I be thinking about my work. If I am at work, I am thinking about family. My mind is constantly churning, I need to get this done, I need to get that done. I ended up not getting anything done because of mistakes. The last few days, things got slightly under control as I forced myself to write down things that I need to do. Initially it was really overwhelming as the list gets really long.
