Weeknotes: Week #32 (2026)

Life I spent most of this week watching the original Avatar: The Last Airbender show, after watching Drew Gooden’s very eloquent and passionate rant about how the live action remake gets literally everything wrong. I had forgotten a lot of things from the show so the rewatch was quite enjoyable. The constantly changing weather got to me, and I was down with a cold and fever on Thursday which forced me to take the day off work to lie in bed, and you guessed it, watch ATLA. My visit to the passport office last month had ended in failure as my rent agreement had some mistakes, which I was finally able to get rectified with mere days left for the next appointment. Hopefully it will be enough and I can be done with this process, and then apply for the visa. Reading I finished reading First Contact earlier this week and picked up The Emilie Adventures by Martha Wells.
