Package Caching Update

After the last post, I implemented rpmfusion caching, and I was watching the logs closely - only to discover that everything was going right through the cache as BYPASS. I dug in and eventually realized the reason was the nocache map was mapping ~Packages to include the /Packages/ directory of the rpm repos. Initially, I solved this by creating a separate cache bypass map for the rpm repos, but eventually I instead implemented a separate cache for rpm metadata, so it’s only cached for two hours.
