A large reason why is that I never know what to focus on. What deserves attention, and what doesn’t? Thankfully, Steam stepped up a bit ago with a personal calendar on its front page, which highlights upcoming new games to the tastes of the user. So, I thought it’d be fun to share the stuff on my calendar, because I think they’d align with the interests of this blog. So, here’s my month of recommended games for the rest of August. I omitted games that plainly aren’t indie (sorry Steins Gate) and games that use AI (not sorry), and well, some days were just empty. I’m sure something released on those days, but Steam refused to share with me. Horse Magnifier is by sketbordcat, and it’s a game coming out on the 10th about magnifying pictures of horses with various lenses. Horse pictures become weird grotesqueries as you magnify parts of them, making for goofy images and fondly reminding people that you can make funny images without slop… No comments yet.
