I never had room mates, or shared a space with anyone in any sort of capacity. That is until I moved in with the missus and her son a little over a year and a half ago in the apartment they were living in then, which we eventually upgraded to our current house.After having spent quite a few years (15 or so, I’m not going to do the math) living on my own then suddenly sharing a space with two people was, as I’m sure you can imagine, a bit of a lifestyle change. It took some time, but eventually I got used to it (obviously, since we still live together). Upgrading to a bigger space certainly helped. And while I now very much enjoy no longer living on my own, there are still times where I miss it.The point I’m trying to get to here is that this morning I drove the missus and the little one to the airport for a week-long vacation trip they’re having.
