Didn’t think I’d see one of these again unless it arrived from overseas – but I found this in a local Asian market which made me very happy. This contains a stewed egg which I’ve never seen in anything I’ve found in the United States. Egg! Golden broth! Two types of noodle! Wow. Let’s give this a look! Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in everything and fill to line with boiling water. Cover for 4~6 Minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy! Detail of the lid (click to enlarge).
