Okay but what if I don’t know anybody

Disclaimer, this is a vent post. Having social connections is a privilege. I am absolutely fed up with people saying “Don’t use AI, talk to a friend”. Some of us don’t have friends Some of us do have friends, but none of them would have any helpful information to offer Some of us just aren’t comfortable being open with our “friends” who might actually just be acquaintances and might not even like us and might be telling their real friends everything we say and laughing behind our backs. We don’t know enough about social cues to tell if this is happening. Some of us only have friends that we can’t share our identities with Some of us only have friends that repeat everything to their parents, who will repeat it to our parents Like yes, wow, good for you that you have a friend who loves cooking and can recommend recipes to you. Good for you that you have a friend who goes camping all the time and can help you plan your vacation. And good for you that your friends actually want to go…
