“War on Cars” is certainly a provocative name for a group, since it’s something that pro-car advocates often accuse urbanists of waging. Certainly it’s not how I’d describe what I do, because cars are essential in rural areas, useful in suburbs, and at their most destructive only in cities. But it was great to do a half hour podcast with Sarah Goodyear on the War on Cars Podcast. Sarah is coauthor of the book The War on Cars.
