July 2026 Music Round-Up

It's a new month and it's a new set of off-the-cuff word salad about what's been happening in my musical adventures across the month. New Music Immediate ImpressionsA fair bit of new music this month! Acloudyskye - In a While This Will All Be Gone Sometimes I am fully deluded in thinking that I have a vague awareness of what's happening in the grand world of furry music, and then reality slaps me and I realise how genuinely vast that world was. I bumped into Acloudyskye so randomly I don't even know how and I thought I had found my way to another obscure talent from the depths of Bandcamp, only to realise that they've got hundreds of ratings on RYM, with plenty of reviews and active shoutboxes to boot, even beyond just the furry audience. Wild! So I don't know anything about this act but I've really fallen for their latest album which came out last month.
