no social media

some months ago i tried social media again. this time it was on the fediverse. it did not last the idea of self-hosting the instance and running it myself was probably the real reason why i did it in the first place i just can’t convince myself that social media is useful to me. i find it pretty useless. sure it entertains from time to time, but there are more entertaining things to do, like watching a movie instead of using social media i prefer going to meetups and connect with real people. i spend already enough time on my computer and after all i prefer following interesting people by subscribing to their feed anyway
