Season of Scenery 2026 (1)! 0 ▲ Just Needs Varnish! 3 hours ago · Life · hide · 0 comments Since it’s now August, the first month of the 2026 Season of Scenery community painting challenge is now over. Despite a lack of posts here though, I’ve been fairly busy during July and got a few buildings finished. I’ve been tending to work on bits and pieces in parallel and so July’s models were all finished quite close together at the end of the month. The first buildings finished in July are shown above and below – a small storehouse, a Mediterranean church and . . . a shed! Don’t get too excited! These are all FDM/PLA 3D prints in HO scale (1:87th – I find this scale works well with 20mm figures and needs less storage space). The storehouse and church are by Battle Honours 3D and the shed is from 3D Printing Valley, both located in the UK. The storehouse is from a Caribbean building range and normally comes with a windmill, but I just asked for the store on its own. I think it fits nicely as a non-rendered Mediterranean building and will pass quite nicely as a blacksmith’s forge… No comments yet. Log in to reply on the Fediverse. Comments will appear here.
