Watched the second season of Batman: Caped Crusader—which rather felt like the second part of the first season–, and i can use my verdict about the first season to talk about the second one: It's Batman - The animated Series done wrong. I liked the Joker's design though. Got to spend time with the new emergency power generator, and his two pals, who supply power in the time between the outage and the generator running at full speed. They're not batteries, instead electric motors keep a weight spinning, which, when power cuts out, keeps the motors turning, indicting power in the process. This power is used to bridge the gap the generator needs. We already had such a bridging device in use, yet, in the ten years since our first one was installed, the technology improved. Bearings are more resilient to wear, and the motor and the weight it spins are in a separate enclosure, which is filled with a combination of gasses to reduce noise and friction; to a degree that forgetting to wear…
