Group Project: tell us about your very first blog

Image from the Blaugust Discord channel and community During the month of August I will be participating in Blaugust, a month long blogging challenge. Last year I wrote a post about my blogging journey as part of the Reclaim Hosting #blogging4life initiative. and I also wrote a guest post for them about my beloved Daily Create. I don’t want to repeat any of that again, so suffice it to say that this IS my very first blog, though I have moved it from being a WordPress.com hosted site in 2012 to being self hosted in 2016. It’s eclectic – I describe my approach as ‘rhizomatic bricolage’ which really just means whatever I feel like writing at the time. I make no apologies for that Because of my interests then many of my posts will focus on educaation – and, at the moment, I am pushing myself to make a blog-worthy version of the Daily Create each day.
