Spider-Man (Tom Holland) and NYPD Detective Jean DeWolff (Liza Colón-Zayas) surveythe wreckage after a massive tank truck rams into a government building occupied bythe somewhat mysterious Department of Damage Control.Indeed, I deem it the best entry in star Tom Holland’s run as the title character. Just one spider guy here, a couple Marvel Comics colleagues, only a few super villains — including Spidey’s primary antagonist, who remains a mystery until the film’s second half — and a sensible plot that’s easy to follow.The Chris McKenna/Erik…
