Week Notes 2026-29

Monday - June 20 Wrote a script to update the IDs for my sites pages to make them sort chronologically. I though I has them set up that way. There was a bug that means sorting got messed up if the IDs had numbers in them (which a high portion will have). Tuesday - June 21 Set up Static Site Builder 9000 to automatically generate Open Graph Image (i.e. the images that show up when you post a link on a social media site). The text for each is the title of the post/page they are associated with. I did the work on stream which was a good time. It turned out to be more straight-forward than I had expected. All thanks to ImageMagick. I still need to get things set up to automatically read alt text from the image files. That's pretty high on the TODO list. Migrated my Background Texture Maker to al9000.com. I cleaned it up a little in the process by moving the SVG that's used for the texture into a variable. Don't make any real difference.
