Week 31 of 2026

Lots of processing this week. I didn't appreciate how much writing helped with that and giving my thoughts somewhere to go instead of bouncing around my head like a game of pong. I had two basketball sessions. The first on Monday was more about showing up than a desire to play. My head was elsewhere and it probably showed when I was on the court. I was in a much better head space for the second session later in the week. Made lots of shots which put me in a good mood. We went out for dinner at Into the Blue during the week for my mum's birthday. Very nice food as always. The weekend was fairly busy too with Becka's family coming to stay. Spent a little too long in the sunshine and certainly felt the consequences. Trakt decided to put non-community owned apps behind a paywall, and in doing so deleted the app that my profile was connected to. There wasn't a communication about this, and I only found out when I tried to run the script that generates the template for my notes. Now I need…
