Thu ☀️ head goes BONK

Well that was stupid. Got down the end of the suburb and stopped to adjust my gloves because the cold wind was blowing up my sleeve. I’d managed to put one foot down in some slippery mud, but had the other up on the pedal. Foot shot out from under me, I did the splits and got tangled up in the bike, ended up smacking my eyebrow on the concrete path
