Now look at that. Four proper weeks of training in July compared to four weeks of racing in June make all the difference. Different fatigue, different mileage, different race results.The highlight of the month, though, was spectating at the German Track & Field Championships in Bochum-Wattenscheid (yes, go ahead, look it up on a map, I’ll wait) last weekend. My body is holding up quite well (knocks on wood), but I do feel the impact that running fast on a track has on the limbs.
