Nau maiYesterday we had another rest day in Tokyo. I opted for a convenience store breakfast on this morning, popping downstairs to the Family Mart just next to the hotel. I had a brown rice circle with tuna mayonnaise inside, a white rice triangle with pickled plum inside, and a sandwich with tomato, green leaf lettuce, lettuce, bacon, and egg. Tristan and Gabe went camera shopping and Gabe is now the proud owner of an Olympus Trip AF point and shoot. Annie had a focused day of shopping and catching Pokemon. I explored Tokyo by train, never waiting more than two minutes for a service to arrive, marveling at the ease of movement around this city. I visited a couple of different Hard Offs but left empty handed, and then headed to the port hoping to catch a glimpse of Tokyo Bay. There was a nice set of terraces for watching the port operations.
