Remember that time I had 3 dogs?MojoPad is kind of amazing. I've been following along for a while now and boy howdy the updates are coming fast and furious. Perhaps too fast. I mean, he's shipping major updates every few days. The app is certainly being vibe coded. In fact, I'm starting to notice that nearly everything about the project is LLM-generated. The release notes, obviously. The website with its almost cartoonish illustrations is off-putting. More and more I'm thinking even the developer's replies in the forums are often AI-written. It makes me uncomfortable. I could probably overlook all this, but this morning I imported part of my old Obsidian vault (1,000+ pages) and MojoPad's performance slowed to a crawl. I'll keep an eye on things, but for now I think I'll pass. Datatype — variable font that turns text into charts is kind of wild.
