Independent Commission on Whole Person Care takes on new significance now that Andy Burnham is prime minister. What did it say?

Twelve years ago I was a member of the Independent Commission on Whole Person Care, which was set up by the Labour Party when Andy Burnham was Shadow Secretary of State for Health. (The title is slightly odd, and my wife would tease me: “Who is doing left-leg care?) The report, which was attractively radical (but not to much so), takes on a new importance now that Burnham has become prime minister and is committing himself to radical change.
