I apologize a bit in advance for the brain dump post. Before college, my main hobby was programming. I would make websites, learn new languages, and spend most of my time tinkering around with the computer. I spent collage working hard on my degree. Almost every waking moment was used to study, learn and graduate. I am now 4 years out of college, and I have felt like something is missing. I will go to work and spend all day doing what used to make me happy. When I get home, I want to do anything else. I usually end up wandering around aimlessly, doing little tasks around the house. I feel like I need a commitment. I need a project to dive deep into, that is completely different from anything I've done before. I feel like I have spent a lot of my life playing things safe, and not taking chances. I crave breaking out and finding new passions, and a larger community around it.
