We’ve been in the “new” house for almost 4 months now and it feels like we’ve never been anywhere else. I’ve noticed some of my old habits are creeping back in, most notably my tendency to procrastinate. This is exacerbated by having too many options and so ultimately, I end up doing none of them. Today, for instance, I had a few little tasks to do on the blog and kept flitting between them without managing to finish a single one. I’ve avoided snuggling up under a blanket for half the day, though with it being mid-Summer that would be a bit daft. We’ll see how lazy I truly am come winter. My worry-wart brain has been firing on all cylinders. I’m making an effort to counter any negative thoughts with positive ones. I’ve been feeling a bit lonely lately which gives me time to dwell on things. The rush of guests coming to see the new house is over and now everyone seems too busy to socialise. One of my friends has made a shock decision to move to London, she was only up the road and now…
