Mini-Chase.

As I was headed back to Syracuse I noticed a storm cell forming to the east of the city. I decided to give the storm a bit of a “mini-chase”, keeping in mind I was driving the car I borrowed from my aunt and uncle. There were a few impressive lightning flashes, but for the most part it turned out to be all about the rain. I had to abandon my photographic efforts because the construction in the Syracuse area (and there’s a lot of it!) made ponding on the freeway very real, and I needed both hands to keep the car on the road.
