Life Notes A two hour cycle (a very long lunch) on Wednesday, ostensibly to go and pick up our dog’s medication from the vet, but also an excuse to get out on my bike in the sunshine. Zwift (indoor) is fine but nothing beats moving! Dropped car off at the garage on Thursday morning to get a ‘clunk’ fixed. They replaced a corroded plate but they are baffled. It’s not affecting the driving, and they’ve said it’s safe so, we wait and see what happens. The Cairngorm wildfire still burns, two weeks and counting. My family in Nethybridge were evacuated for a night, but thankfully things seem to have moved away from their house which is a croft on the outskirts of the town. Still terrible, and no doubt by someone not paying attention to all the NO FIRES OR BBQs posters EVERYWHERE. And a lovely weekend is drawing to a close, Saturday with Jack at the Transport Museum, and today we cycled to Bowling and back (10km). Our last Saturday like this as Becca stops working at the weekends now, yay!…
