Wander with the Lilypads

We went for a wander after soccer yesterday and the little one picked the Frog Pond. We grabbed a treat at the Tartan Coffee Company truck at the parking lot and headed for the trail. Of course I only brought along my new-ish 50mm on the camera and there were at least 5 little ducklings at the waters edge 1 and a lot of squirrels acting "weird". 50mm is really not a great length to take on these wanders, but it is a lot lighter than my 70-200mm or 100-400mm, so sacrifices were made. Last week I started building an auto-poster for mastodon and it started to eat a lot into my time (I updated the now page) and have decided to "kill" that expanded project. I really want to build a 100% local, commandline package that will do most of the things that buffer, hootsuite, etc used to do, but without having to rely on paid tools. I have looked and I can't find anything that does what I want, and while I could build it, I really don't have the time. The only "good" thing that came out of the…
