This journal aims to help you heal your creativity, and find creative joy despite your challenges. The story behind this journal is kind of funny.I wrote it, based on the date, when I was in hospital, recovering from a big backlash in my cancer treatment. I felt uncreative and joyless, and wanted to have it back. So I wrote down what I would need to find it again.And then I forgot all about it for close to two years, until I found the notes for it again.But it had worked for me, I found ways to be creative that made me find more joy than I thought possible when I wrote the ideas.I really hope it helps you too.PS I have two other free journals up too, and other things like zines, all free!
