learning to art again

If you didn't know, I have an art page, I set it up a while back to add some of the previous pieces of work I'd done. I had tried to distance myself from art, thinking that it 'wasn't for me' and that it would never amount to anything and so there was no point to it. Silly? Absolutely. The reasons behind why that is are a topic for another time but I have found myself being drawn back to creating again. I'm also finding myself wanting to surround myself with a community around art. I'm learning to see again and I'm also learning about the importance of community around art. At the minute, I don't know what that 'community' looks like when it comes to my art practice, whether it's something available on Bear or whether it's something wider. It may even be that I have to try and swallow my pride and sign back up for Instagram. One thing I do know for sure is that I am not the best judge of my art and so I'm only entitled to produce the work that turns 5 minutes into 5 hours. Good? Bad?…
