Water

I saw reference to this in a couple of places. Water is weird. He mentions it has 70 odd characteristics so far. This latest one may be a necessity for life to start, etc. Many decades ago, I had a prof say that he thought water properties would be the future big thing in biochemistry. I never forgot it. I also saw a technical book at the time on water. It was only 1-2 inches thick.
