2026 Week 30 Digest

The World Cup is over and I am still playing Zelda, reading some anthologies, and catching up on tv. It has been another work week. We are officially over halfway through the season, so I need to start looking into jobs for the winter. Financially, things have settled down since May when I was spending a lot on new things for the apartment and June and July have been pretty much on expected budget. But what that means is I need to continue to earn at least the $1000 maximum each month. I don't know how I'm going to find the energy or motivation to send out resumes and write cover letters while working though. I'm going to be working a lot again in August but not as much as I was in June, thankfully. I'm planning on participating in Blaugust and I'm queuing up ideas for posts now, so I hope to have more than just the weekly digests happening even if I don't manage every day like I did last year.
