july decks 0 ▲ dogboy 1 hour ago · Life · hide · 0 comments the morgan-greer and the drowning world feeling positive towards both of these, although i didn't do all that much reading this month. the drowning world has always felt a bit like scrying into a pool. it's a deck that insists on ancestral contact, something i don't usually tend to do. but summer is a very family-oriented time for me and that includes all the deceased. maybe that's part of why i picked it for this month? either way, the way it reads doesn't feel all that much tarot-y to be honest, i'm beginning to wonder if it should even be considered part of this project/my general deck collection... or if it should just live separately on my altar. i wouldn't know how to rank it other than "top, somewhere". the morgan-greer is very nostalgic for me. in the recent past it's definitely been a deck i had to make myself reach for, not a good sign. and usually i'd put it away after only a short while - the colors just seem so incongruent with each other. there's the warm 1960s/70s feel… No comments yet.
