A television series about a book club? If this is what you’ve always been waiting for, here’s the trailer. It was due to start on 30 June. Apparently this is popular. When I looked at it on 12 June, having been directed there by Shelf Awareness of 10 June, the trailer claimed to have been up for just two days and to have been viewed by 17,000 people. (Can you fake these stats? — I guess you can, maybe by programming up a robot to keep going there.) The promotional copy follows: Five people. One book. Unlimited bad decisions. Mayhem Awaits!
