No Sense.

A YouTuber that I have followed for a very long time announced on his Instagram that he has stage four cancer in his throat and possibly his lymph nodes. There is concern the lymph nodes have carried the cancer elsewhere in his body. According to his Instagram, he was scheduled for surgery today to extract the lymph nodes and for doctors to see what else is going on. My cousin’s grandchild (my cousin, twice removed?) is seven years old and is fighting a rare form of cancer in his arm. The young guy is strong and is enduring the treatments but no child should have to go through this. The religious ones will all say this is part of God’s plan and we do what we have to do. I’ll agree with the “we do what we have to do”, but none of this makes sense to me. The Stoics say everything in life is simply borrowed.
