Fortified Wines - The underappreciated drink

I recently did a brown bag at work, and as a change covered a non technical topic the subject of fortified wine. This was partly to encourage the team to realize they don’t have to discuss in depth how a data structure works, why the hip new programming language is worth looking at or even how to sandbox your applications using docker containers. Any topic shared with the team is acceptable.
