New host, new me

If you’re reading this, you’re seeing laze.net at its new home. And pretty much nothing should look any different. Any previous URLs should either be the same or automatically redirect. Old functionality is still there. Some things on the maintenance side have gotten easier for me (after struggling a bit with the initial set-up). My initial “comeback” a couple of years ago was driven by a desire to not be a sysadmin. I didn’t want to worry about build pipelines or CMS maintenance or any of that. I just wanted to write and that was it. ver the last couple of years, though, I’ve ended up tweaking things and doing customizations that reminded me that going beyond just writing can still be fun. So, now I’m running Hugo locally (with a Sveltia front-end) and deploying to Netlify. Seems kinda OK. In an attempt to not blog about blogging too much, I’m not going into any other reasons behind my move. Let’s see how this goes.
