For the last few months, Bruno has been working on a kind of online textbook for games narrative. It's a curated list of the big blog posts of yesteryear - plus some new posts written by Bruno to fill topical gaps. It's called the Game Narrative Reader, and you should check it out! Three of the essays in the reader are by me, from this blog! They are mostly in the back half and focus on production, planning, and team collaboration. They include my essay about why you need to surrender individual ownership of game assets during the editorial process, how to edit a mid-sized videogame, and why you should hire an editor and eschew agile development instead of hiring a producer and making your writers cost their tasks in points.
