Supported Living and Outdoor Furniture

When you see a Supported Living place, you may see outdoor furniture placed outside. However, neither the local authority nor the landlord will be upfront about how it’s managed. With St. Thomas House in North Walsham, it was “donated” by the council (as I was told way after moving in). Basically, Norfolk County Council Adult Social Care will nominate people into St. Thomas House without properly checking if compatible with others. There’s two tenants who are there for mental health (read true but deliberately make it worse with cannabis). One of them deliberately destroys the outdoor furniture as a fuck you to others, and the other takes their stress out on the building.
