Turns out it's very easy, so let's set up OpenClaw, connect it to a model and get everything running 100% locally. Step 1: Install LemonadeWhat's that? - Good point:Lemonade Server is an Open Source project from AMD that bundles everything you need to run LLMs locally. It runs on Windows, Linux and macOS and supports multiple backends allowing you to run models on CPU, GPU or NPU depending on what hardware you have available.
