Week 299: Bins 0 ▲ Rowan Manning 15 hours ago · Life · hide · 0 comments We have some new kitchen bins and it’s wonderful. The old pedal bin has been broken for ages and it was too big anyway, now I have wall-mounted ones that take up far less space and it’s bringing me more joy than is reasonable. I asked the building WhatsApp if anyone did catsitting and my direct next-door-neighbour responded. She popped round to meet the lads and it’s gonna be so useful having someone so close able to pop in. The downside is that she’s moving out in a month. Others volunteered though so maybe catsitting is a solved (and cheaper) problem now. It didn’t come home. Charlotte and I didn’t watch the England vs Argentina match, we plotted a long walk through Aldgate and Bethnal Green that passed as many pubs as possible so we’d hear what was going on at any point in the walk. Not a lot happened for most of the walk. Adam’s in the UK which is lovely, we’ve seen him a few times for various pubs and food.
