this is a new post, not one of those new posts where new people have forgotten to add a title

This is a new post. Unlike my last few posts, which were not entirely new. They were old posts I had already published here a year ago, but edited and then re-published during the last two weeks, as if they were new ones. Except the haiku one (575 verse - syllables). That was new, but it was a mental retreading of posts I had done versions of before on previous blogs. It was me, flailing around to try re-introducing things I had done – and enjoyed doing – on previous blogs, in order to jolt my brain out of the depressive rut (and unable to grab onto any writing muse) it had been wallowing about in. A depressive rut is not uncommon. In fact I've probably written about it on here before somewhere – but I also may have deleted that post again during another similar crisis of blogging confidence. The depressive mental rut is also often the first of a round of symptoms involved in a descent into a MS physical rut. (Edit to update: I did write it and it's still there blogging wobbling)…
