Manchester Victoria - Platforms 3 & 4

Platform 4 Platform 4 Platform 4 Platform 3 Manchester Victoria railway station is endlessly interesting, and I don't spend enough time there, but I looked in today. There are several quite different locations, and each is worth exploring. Today I only had time for the dark dungeon that contains platforms 3 to 6. This is a very dark, very noisy, and quite unpleasant location where almost all the trains are diesel-powered, and the low roof ensures both the noise and the exhaust fumes are contained.
