If consciousness — and consequently, intelligence — is in fact a fundamental force of the cosmos {like gravity, electromagnetism, the strong and weak nuclear forces} then it’s literally like finding free money on the ground, pretty much every where you set your feet, and your eyes upon. ::chuckle:: Over the past couple of years, when I go on my daily constitutions throughout this highly walkable city and its mosaic of multifarious neighborhoods {set in its textured landscape of 17 or so hills}, I have done so with a mindset of integrating that thing free for the taking on the ground — and in the air, in the water, in the flames, in the very æther of thingness — into my walking, my attention, and my purpose: the sharing of the interior life of my mind and the qualic thingness of the world outside and around my body… with entities that have so organically emerged from the putative cosmic substrate. And yet, why have I felt as if there’s some constraint on it, looking vaguely sometime…
