It might be... ...part of a strategy to promote products or services. ...for personal pleasure with readers being a nice bonus. ...to make ourselves a name and grow the list of followers. And sometimes it’s a mix with a little bit of everything. All blogging, but with a different approach and purpose. Not good or bad, honest or false. Just different. I have a feeling that most people reading this are in the same category as myself: 2. Blogging for the joy of it and feeling grateful if others appreciate it. Then there’s a fourth category, and it’s a cunning one. It’s so deceptive that we often don’t even notice it ourselves. But we can feel it, and it doesn’t feel good. It’s so clever that it’s not even a category in itself. And it’s not a good deliberate mix either. It’s number two behind the wheel, while number three leans forward from the back seat and won’t stop talking.
