I never leave the house without a fat stack of $2 bills in case I ever encounter a lemonade stand. This has quickly become one of the most joyful habits in my life.First of all, you should know that I operated a lot of lemonade stands when I was a kid and it always made me so happy when people bought lemonade from us (we ran an incredibly unsuccessful business so this was a rare occurrence).So because I have this experience and I understand the excitement of getting actual paying customers for the bad lemonade I just made in my kitchen, I see it as my duty as a good community member to pass on the joy and help these kids make happy memories.Plus, and not to be a grumpy old man about this, but it’s just really nice to see kids still doing things like lemonade stands, or even just going outside, rather than sitting in their rooms all day making deepfakes of MrBeast beating up their dad or whatever it is kids do these days.And far more importantly, kids love weird money.
