I did a ton of walking this week – about 30 miles and I am thinking this will be a nice reward. Aka tonkotsu has a vibrant orange red broth and some heat – had it before and it’s a beautiful thing. To prepare, add one bundle of noodle to 450ml boiling water and cook 3 minutes. Add a sachet of each type. Finally, stir and enjoy! Two bundles of straight noodle.
