Note: This article is unlisted on the web and only published for people who follow the RSS feed of the website. I've been using Newsboat for reading feeds, and I'm very happy with it. One difficulty, though, was that I follow a few aggregators and directories. They introduce either articles or blogs, and normally, you'd have to open a browser to read the full external article or view the blog, which is not great! So, what I've done is that I have a ,o keybinding, and when I press it, it create a temporary Newsboat configuration for the selected article or blog, and then opens Newsboat to show its feed. That way, I don't have to leave my feed reader! I've been using it for a few weeks, and I love it. I'll explain how it works in detail, so that you can implement it as well, if you wish.
