BLAOW! BLAOW! What’s going on, Internet? This banger of a track, Rowdy (BLAOW!), was introduced to me as part of Les Mills SPRINT release 43. We’re only up to release 44 but have been enjoying this track every other SPRINT class. I’ve been playing it a bit for the kids, and I love in the mornings when we get ready for a ROWDY drop off.
