It's a covered Rx under our insurance. It's been approved by her doctor. It has no off-script uses and is only really good for one thing, and there aren't a whole helluva lot of options for this.The kicker here is that CVS Pharmacy is the corp that provides our insurance coverage for medication.Now, evidently, CVS does not have her details. Wants to know why this medication has been prescribed and whether or not it's been approved and that they want a pre-approval.She's been trying to do their chat support, multiple times, same with text and email.
