Bill's Not Here, Man

A caveat: I don't know precisely what Bill's current release conditions are - meaning I don't have a copy of the order or anything; I've just heard second- or maybe third-hand what they are, from several sources, and those sources don't completely agree, so it's hard to say for certain whether or not Bill is colouring outside the lines right now. Additionally, though I have requested information from the courthouse regarding the nature of any publicity ban that might apply to any court proceedings that are related to these release conditions, I have not yet heard back - so I will err on the side of caution (there may or may not be a publication ban, but there probably is; that ban probably just restricts me from discussing evidence or testimony presented at court appearances, but it may go further).
