I also enjoy using PlopJS for my automation, and this works well for a quick easy way to create the file and open my editor to begin writing. The other portion of writing I like is some dashboard like view data of my website. I’ve been writing on my blog for 11 years now and that is a lot of writing. I’ve made pages for my website like my stats or archive pages that give me some of that historical data too. Some of the information there is geared towards the viewers of my website more than myself. Dashboards and viewing the data in different unique way has been part of my recent projects at work, and this got me thinking about how I could make some dashboards for my website. At work, I’ve been working with ExpressJS and NodeJS using SQL Lite database files.
